Provide the actual street address, subdivision or building name when relevant, and the entrance to use. A Marietta mailing address does not by itself establish that a property is inside the city limits. Confirm current availability for that specific address and explain any access instructions before arranging a visit.
Home entrances and garage access
Count the keyed doors included in a move-in or missing-key request. The door from the garage into the home can be separate from the garage opener system. Say which keys still work, whether all exterior cylinders should be included and whether any door is already difficult to latch.
